   中融国际信托投资有限公司（以下简称本公司）前身为哈尔滨国际信托投资公司，成立于1987年。。
   2002年5月，中国人民银行作出《关于哈尔滨国际信托投资公司重新登记有关事项的批复》（银复[2002]139号），准予公司重新登记并批准更名为中融国际信托投资有限公司。
   2002年6月，公司取得哈尔滨市工商行政管理局颁发的《企业法人营业执照》,注册号为2301001000045号，注册资本32500万元。

Ltd. is a Peoples Bank of China-approved non-banking financial institution and was originally established as Harbin International Trust & Investment Company. After restructuring of China's trust industry by China's Central Bank (With encouragement from the Chinese government), the company increased its registered capital to RMB 325 million (including 15 million US dollars).
