司法部关于统一继承在加拿大遗产委托书格式的通知[1990]

　　据我驻加拿大使馆反映，由于我国公证机关现在出具的用于继承在加遗产的委
                        
托书，不符合加方有关规定，给我国公民继承在加遗产带来了困难。为此，经与我
                        
，现拟定了新的委托书格式，并附英译文本。今后公
                        
证机关办理继承在加遗产的委托书公证，均应依此格式书写。
